Maxima est un rev\u00eatement multi-couches zirconium-titane-nitrite tr\u00e8s dur, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure et lubrifiant. Il agit comme une barri\u00e8re entre le poin\u00e7on et la t\u00f4le qui est poin\u00e7onn\u00e9e, et en raison de son pouvoir lubrifiant exceptionnel, il am\u00e9liore le d\u00e9v\u00eatissage de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/p>\n<p>Maxima est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface rectifi\u00e9e de pr\u00e9cision des poin\u00e7ons d&rsquo;acier \u00e0 outil premium de Mate. Comme Maxima est un mat\u00e9riau tr\u00e8s dur, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure et glissant, qui r\u00e9duit le frottement qui survient pendant la partie d\u00e9v\u00eatissage du cycle de poin\u00e7onnage, il convient particuli\u00e8rement bien aux applications d&rsquo;outillage \u00e0 usure par adh\u00e9sion. Moins de frottement signifie moins d&rsquo;accumulation de chaleur, moins de microsoudures et une vie d&rsquo;outil plus longue.<br \/>\nLe rev\u00eatement Maxima est recommand\u00e9 pour les applications comme les s\u00e9ries 3000 et 5000 aluminium, acier galvanis\u00e9 et inoxydable, ou encore pour toute application o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;est pas possible de lubrifier, comme dans le cas des mat\u00e9riaux enduits de vinyle ou pr\u00e9peints. Le pouvoir lubrifiant est \u00e9galement avantageux lors du poin\u00e7onnage de formes aux coins pointus ayant un angle de 90 degr\u00e9s ou moins.<\/p>\n<p>Les tests en situation r\u00e9elle men\u00e9s dans le monde entier ont montr\u00e9 que Maxima avait multipli\u00e9 la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;outil par 2 \u00e0 10, permettant d&rsquo;utiliser les outils dans la production plus longtemps avec un temps de fonctionnement augment\u00e9. Maxima peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur M-2, M4PM\u2122, et Durasteel\u2122.<\/p>\n<h2>Traitement au nitrite<\/h2>\n<p>Le nitrite est employ\u00e9 dans un traitement thermique en option pour les environnements pr\u00e9sentant une usure par adh\u00e9sion ou abrasion lors du poin\u00e7onnage de mat\u00e9riaux minces. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un traitement de surface qui devient partie int\u00e9grante de la structure du mat\u00e9riau m\u00eame, prolongeant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;outil.<br \/>\nLes poin\u00e7ons trait\u00e9s au nitrite sont recommand\u00e9s pour le poin\u00e7onnage de mat\u00e9riaux abrasifs comme la fibre de verre ou de mat\u00e9riaux qui provoquent des microsoudures comme l&rsquo;acier inoxydable, l&rsquo;acier galvanis\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;aluminium. Ce traitement est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 pour le poin\u00e7onnage \u00e0 haute vitesse (voir plus loin pour les limites de grignotage). Il n&rsquo;est pas recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;appliquer ce traitement aux poin\u00e7ons dont le diam\u00e8tre ou la largeur ne d\u00e9passe pas 0,158(4,01), aux mat\u00e9riaux plus \u00e9pais que 0,250(6,35) ou dans les cas o\u00f9 une d\u00e9viation de poin\u00e7on importante peut se produire.
