Dans la mesure du possible, r\u00e9duisez la quantit\u00e9 de trous \u00e0 poin\u00e7onner en espa\u00e7ant plus les trous entre eux. Non seulement cela acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le processus de poin\u00e7onnage, mais cela r\u00e9duit aussi la tension impos\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00f4le en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de trous qui y sont poin\u00e7onn\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Taille et espacement des trous. Augmentez la taille des trous et l&rsquo;espace qui les s\u00e9pare. Ceci permet d&rsquo;enlever la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau tout en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de trous requis.<\/li>\n<li>Outils en grappe. Il est tr\u00e8s important d&rsquo;avoir un jeu de matrice correct pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la distorsion de la t\u00f4le. Un jeu trop important provoque une \u00e9longation plus importante du mat\u00e9riau avant la survenance de la fracturation des chutes.<\/li>\n<li>Hauteur de matrice. V\u00e9rifiez que les matrices ins\u00e9r\u00e9es dans une presse \u00e0 tourelle ont bien toutes la m\u00eame hauteur afin de pr\u00e9venir tout marquage ind\u00e9sirable et d&rsquo;aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9formation de la t\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<li>Outillage totalement guid\u00e9.
