Maxima\u2122 est un rev\u00eatement multi-couches zirconium-titane-nitrite tr\u00e8s dur, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure et lubrifiant. Appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface des poin\u00e7ons en acier \u00e0 outil premium de Mate, il agit comme une barri\u00e8re entre\u00a0le poin\u00e7on et la t\u00f4le. Dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un pouvoir lubrifiant exceptionnel, Maxima\u2122 am\u00e9liore le d\u00e9v\u00eatissage de mani\u00e8re significative en r\u00e9duisant le frottement qui survient pendant cette partie du cycle de poin\u00e7onnage. Moins de frottement signifiant moins d&rsquo;accumulation de chaleur, cela veut \u00e9galement dire qu&rsquo;il y a moins de microsoudures et que la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;outil s&rsquo;en trouve prolong\u00e9e.
