La m\u00e9thode de micro-joints traditionnelle positionne de petites pattes de connexion entre les pi\u00e8ces en programmant l&rsquo;espacement du poin\u00e7on de d\u00e9tourage de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il laisse du mat\u00e9riau non poin\u00e7onn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les micro-joints laissent toutefois des bavures sur le bord, bavures qui, si elles ne sont pas enlev\u00e9es, risquent d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rer avec d&rsquo;autres op\u00e9rations en aval comme le pliage. Ces bavures risquent de causer des blessures graves si elles ne sont pas \u00e9limin\u00e9es. Dans les mat\u00e9riaux plus \u00e9pais, les micro-joints ne sont pas toujours suffisamment robustes pour maintenir la pi\u00e8ce pendant le poin\u00e7onnage. Si la taille de la micro-jointure est augment\u00e9e, elle tend \u00e0 laisser une bavure encore plus grande sur la pi\u00e8ce. Disponible en forme vers le bas et vers le haut, Square ShearButton permet aux t\u00f4leries de d\u00e9tacher les composants poin\u00e7onn\u00e9s de la t\u00f4le en les cassant. C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait pareil qu&rsquo;une demi-vague de coupe ronde, mais carr\u00e9e ici. L&rsquo;avantage de la forme vers le bas, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une fois que la patte est enlev\u00e9e, le bord pr\u00e9sente presque le niveau de qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bord poin\u00e7onn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Square ShearButton peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec toute une s\u00e9rie de types de mat\u00e9riau, dont l&rsquo;acier inoxydable, l&rsquo;aluminium, l&rsquo;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid entre autres. Les profondeurs et les hauteurs peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es pour correspondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;utilisateur.<\/p>\n<h2>Quand utiliser Square ShearButton:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Imbrication de pi\u00e8ces dans une t\u00f4le de grande taille (photo ci-dessus \u00e0 droite).<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00e8ces tr\u00e8s grandes ou tr\u00e8s lourdes avec tr\u00e8s peu de micro-joints.
