Cette fa\u00e7on de faire est parfois dispendieuse, surtout sur les pi\u00e8ces les plus petites, et ajoute une deuxi\u00e8me op\u00e9ration et des co\u00fbts \u00e0 un travail. Le cintrage \u00e0 la main peut contribuer \u00e0 abaisser les co\u00fbts de fabrication et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1103 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Process.jpg\" alt=\"easybend\" width=\"258\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>La solution Mate:<\/h2>\n<p>EasyBend\u2122 est un outil qui cr\u00e9e des lignes de pliage pour faciliter les op\u00e9rations de pliage manuel. C&rsquo;est la solution id\u00e9ale pour les ensembles complexes o\u00f9 les techniques conventionnelles de flambage par presse plieuse sont inadapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>EasyBend utilise une ligne en V lin\u00e9aire pour cr\u00e9er un pochoir dans la t\u00f4le. L&rsquo;outil p\u00e9n\u00e8tre la t\u00f4le, en cr\u00e9ant une ligne de pliage nette, ce qui permet de plier la t\u00f4le \u00e0 la main. L&rsquo;angle de la pointe du pochoir se rapporte \u00e0 l&rsquo;angle de la forme d\u00e9sir\u00e9e, qui doit \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 \u00e0 la commande. La profondeur effective de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration est fonction de la ductilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la pi\u00e8ce travaill\u00e9e. La nature continue de la conception permet d&rsquo;obtenir la longueur maximum conseill\u00e9e de la ligne de pliage de 12 pouces (300 mm).<\/p>\n<p>EasyBend peut \u00eatre command\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;option pliage vers le haut. Pour plier vers le haut, la face sup\u00e9rieure de la t\u00f4le est entaill\u00e9e (Figure 1). Pour plier vers le bas, la face inf\u00e9rieure de la t\u00f4le est entaill\u00e9e (Figure 1).<\/p>\n<p>EasyBend comprend entre autres avantages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pliage de pr\u00e9cision effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la main<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9limine le passage dans une presse plieuse<\/li>\n<li>Plis vers le haut ou vers le bas<\/li>\n<li>Parfait pour les petites pi\u00e8ces ou les mat\u00e9riaux l\u00e9gers<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9limine des op\u00e9rations secondaires co\u00fbteuses<\/li>\n<li>Fabrication et pliage de mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9peints<\/li>\n<li>Les pi\u00e8ces peuvent rester plates pendant le transport. Ceci permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser de l&rsquo;espace, les pi\u00e8ces pouvant \u00eatre pli\u00e9es \u00e0 la main avant l&rsquo;assemblage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EasyBend donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un grand nombre de possibilit\u00e9s. Une de celles-ci consiste \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser pour ex\u00e9cuter des onglets qui puissent verrouiller 2 pi\u00e8ces ensemble (Figure 3), ce qui peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement utile au niveau des installations ou des applications de r\u00e9paration dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser EasyBend pour ex\u00e9cuter de multiples plis d\u00e9coratifs.
