Cada vez que se punzona un orificio, el material que rodea al orificio se estira hacia abajo, lo que tensiona la parte superior de la l\u00e1mina. El movimiento hacia abajo causa la compresi\u00f3n correspondiente en la parte inferior de la l\u00e1mina. En el caso de unos pocos orificios, el efecto es insignificante, pero a medida que el n\u00famero de orificios aumenta, la tensi\u00f3n y la compresi\u00f3n pueden multiplicarse hasta un punto en que la l\u00e1mina se deforma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Metal_warpage-e1444666862998.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1494 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Metal_warpage-e1444666862998.jpg\" alt=\"Metal_warpage\" width=\"450\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una forma de contrarrestar este efecto es punzonar primero un orificio por medio y luego volver y punzonar los orificios restantes. Esto ejerce la misma cantidad de fuerza sobre la l\u00e1mina, pero interrumpe la acumulaci\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n\/compresi\u00f3n que ocurre cuando las operaciones de punzonado con punz\u00f3n se realizan en sucesi\u00f3n una tras otra y en la misma direcci\u00f3n.
