SuperMax ist eine harte, verschlei\u00dffeste und gleitf\u00e4hige Beschichtung. Sie wirkt wie eine Barriere zwischen Stempel und Blech und verbessert auf diese Weise das Abstreifen enorm. In Kundentests \u00fcbertrifft SuperMax derzeit alle verf\u00fcgbaren Premium-Beschichtungen je nach Anwendung um das 2- bis 8-fache.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1405 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.mate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SuperMax1-e1444414639890.jpg\" alt=\"SuperMax1\" width=\"362\" height=\"252\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dank der neuesten Nanotechnologie erh\u00f6ht der h\u00e4rtere, dichtere Film von SuperMax die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit erheblich und bietet einen deutlich geringeren Reibungskoeffizienten von ca. 20 %. Geringere Reibung bedeutet weniger W\u00e4rmeentwicklung, weniger Reibspuren und l\u00e4ngere Werkzeuglebensdauer. SuperMax ist besonders gut f\u00fcr Werkzeuganwendungen mit Haftverschlei\u00df geeignet. Die Schmierf\u00e4higkeit ist auch vorteilhaft, wenn Formen mit spitzen Winkeln (90\u00b0 oder kleiner) gestanzt werden sollen.<\/p>\n<p>SuperMax wird f\u00fcr Anwendungen wie Aluminium der 3000- und 5000-Serie sowie kaltgewalzten, verzinkten und rostfreien Stahl empfohlen, und kann sogar f\u00fcr vorlackierte, Vinyl-beschichtete und Glasfaser-Materialien verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>SuperMax kann mit M4PM\u2122-, M2- und Durasteel\u2122-Stempeln verwendet werden.
