and near polished flanks to reduce friction and
eliminate galling. Minute corner radii to reduce
chipping. Single point turned radii to maximise
tool strength. Solid surface contact with alignment
ring for superior accuracy. Up to 0.118(3.00) grind
life on 0.250(6.35) material. Standard overall length
2.913(74.00). Also available with extended overall
length 3.031(77.00).
Push-on
Urethane Stripper: Quiet, cushions impact
and eliminates sheet rattle. Safe - will not
shatter. Non-Marring, even on polished aluminium.
Improved performance with flatter sheets, no
puckering. Positive stripping keeps the sheet
from moving.
Machine
Stripper: Keyed to allow angle 45º settings.
Manufactured from hardened tool steel, will
not to deform or break. Precision ground face
to prevent material marking. Relieve to maximum
punch diameter to prevent collision with punch.
Dies: Highly
wear resistant, chrome air hardened tool steel.
0.059(1.50) grind life. Double-cut die opening for
improved accuracy. Uniform clearance radii in
die corners for improved die strength. Improved
die strength with domed relief to evenly distribute
punching forces. Superior roundness and flatness
for improved piece part quality.
