MATE CHROMEFLOW™ Nozzles:

• Extended Life-Two-piece nozzles extend lens life, especially when cutting aluminum, stainless steel, or other material prone to cause buildup of spatter, smoke and other deposits on the lens.
• Additional Protection-The two-piece "nozzle-within-a-nozzle" provides additional protection for your valuable laser lens.

Features

The Mate Chromeflow™ nozzle is a nozzle with an insert. The nozzle-within-a-nozzle concept provides additional spatter protection for your laser lens and can extend lens life when cutting aluminum, stainless steel, galvanize steel or any material with a tendency to spatter.

Mate Chromeflow A second nozzle is permanently press-fit into the nozzle, creating an additional internal orifice, resulting in less lens contamination from back spatter. As the cutting gas enters the first orifice, turbulence and cross flow are created. This flow pattern and additional gas turbulence inhibit the return flow of smoke and spatter. The internal nozzle serves as a physical barrier between the work surface and the lens, prolonging lens life.

The chrome plated exterior of the Mate Chromeflow nozzle makes it easier to remove build-up, resulting in extended nozzle life.
